Our Product
Currently we offer the career analysis in both paper and on-line formats. The paper test requires roughly forty-five minutes to complete, while the on-line version may require up to an hour to complete.
The report is returned by email or fax usually within twenty-four hours or less.
The Results
When the results are received it arrives in the form of a one page report. The report includes a ranking and an issue specific analysis. The ranking provides the employer with a basic idea of the candidate's potential for success in the field. Simply because the candidate has received an acceptable rating should not automatically equate into an offer. Thirty-five factors, all relevant to success, will have a concise description of the candidates strengths and weaknesses, which the manager should carefully consider. This information provides significant material for discussion during follow-up interviews. Unlike other pre-employment screening devices which simply tell a manager yes or no, the Personnafax points the manager where to look and what issues should be discussed.
