The Personnafax selection tools examine many factors in identifying success in commissioned-based sales, these factors include: psychological components, financial factors, market issues, ethics, and the career situation. These factors are condensed into a one-page report identifying specific strengths and weaknesses in 35 areas related to success in commissioned sales.

Trained professionals undertake the evaluations of the candidates; this is not a computer-based analysis. It is the position of Personnafax that a comprehensive computerized analysis of a candidate to determine the success is not possible, as the complex interactions between success factors cannot be simplified to a statistical analysis or a raw number.
